You tell me where you're at
The form asks a few simple questions about what’s going on, what you want to change and what kind of support you’re looking for. There’s also space to tell me about any hesitations or questions on your mind about joining the program. You don’t need perfectly polished answers or an hour set aside to get it done.
It takes about 15 minutes, and honest and slightly messy answers are much more useful to me than polished and vague.

Which means it gets read by me, not a team member.
Trust that I’ll be *very* excited to dive in and read what you’ve shared so I can work out whether I think I can genuinely help.
You’ll hear back from me within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

If you’re ready and it’s a fit, you’re in
If it’s clear that Refined Ambition is right for you and you’re ready to get moving, I’ll send you a straight-up invitation.
Depending on what you’ve selected in your application, that might be a place in the next round of The Collective, or a Mentorship start date that works for both of us.
No extra call required.

If you want to talk first, we’ll book a Clarity Call
You might feel mostly ready but still have one or two things you want to check. Or you might simply want to meet me properly before you invest.
In that case, we’ll book a short Clarity Call and talk it through.

The Clarity Call is for you if you’re already leaning towards yes, but there’s still something you want to talk through in real-time before you commit.
About the Clarity Call
Maybe you have a question about the program. Or maybe you simply want to know whether I’m the right person to trust with something this important. That’s what the call is for.
We’ll spend 20 minutes talking through what’s going on, what you want to change and what you think is getting in the way. I’ll tell you honestly what I’m hearing, whether I think Refined Ambition is the right fit and what I’d recommend from here. By the end, we’ll both know whether we’re moving forward.

I reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you apply over the weekend, I’ll get back to you on the next business day.
Nope, that’s entirely optional. If you’re ready, it’s a fit and you don’t need to talk anything through, I’ll invite you straight in. The call is there for the people who are close to yes but have a question they want to talk through in real-time or want to meet me first.
That’s more than ok! You’ll have space to share that on the form. You don’t need to feel 100% certain before applying. I’ll read what you share and tell you honestly whether I think now is the right time.

Nope! There’s no payment involved and no obligation to join. The application simply gives me enough context to work out whether I can help and what the most useful next step is.
Pop it in the form. There’s space for you to share hesitations, questions and anything else you want me to know or speak to. You don’t need to have every concern neatly resolved before you click apply.
You can get a full refund any time before Session 1 starts. Once Session 1 begins, there are no refunds. At that point the group is locked — I can't bring someone new in partway through, which means a refund isn't just about you, it's a spot that can't be filled and a dynamic the rest of the group has already started building around. So once we start, everyone's in.
